Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be shipped in standard boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. This does not apply to orders placed on holidays or on weekends. Orders will be shipped to address provided during checkout process, therefore, Please ensure that you provide the correct address as we will not be able to change or correct the address that you provide once we receive your order for processing. Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged for shipments, duties, and other applicable fees.

We currently only ship in the USA. We do not ship internationally. Tracking information will be emailed to you when item is shipped. Dreamy4u, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong  address,  you will need to contact your local post office to retrieve or locate.

USPS Priority: Allow 3-5 business day delivery from shipping date

All eligible orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEX Ground at the the discretion of Dreamy4u.

Orders subtotaling $85.00 USD or over with a shipping destination within the continental United States will not be charged applicable shipping rates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns + Exchanges

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is truly important to us. We take great care in producing high quality products for your shopping experience and for this reason We  do not accept returns or exchanges. From time to time, slight variations from candle to candle are considered a part of the  artisan process and to be expected. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve the matter at contact@dreamy4u.com

Damage Items

We are more than happy to replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Please contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt of your shipment at contact@dreamy4u.com. We will require a photo of the damaged item to ensure that your item is defective and to assist us with processing a claim with the carrier. Once  your damage item has been verified, we will replace the damage goods or issue a credit on a future order only. Please  keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue has been documented with the carrier. Without, following this process, we will not honor any future credit or replace the damaged item.
